Born just outside of Denver, Colorado, Lauren spent the better part of her childhood as an "army brat," living in places that ranged from Seattle, Washington, to Heidelberg, Germany. After several years spent base-hopping, Lauren's family settled down in the small town of Monument, Colorado. Lauren quickly immersed herself in both her school's afternoon theater program as well as the regional performing arts scene.
Attending an after-school arts conservatory throughout much of high school, Lauren took classes in acting, voice, piano and dance, and starred in a variety of local plays and musicals. She then went on to study theatre at the prestigious Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University where she graduated with a BFA in Theatre and an emphasis in Acting.
During her final year of school, Lauren was awarded the Greer Garson Award for Excellence in Acting.
Lauren currently lives in Los Angeles, California.

In an alternate universe, I would probably be a veterinarian. Animals have always been a huge passion of mine. So far I'm "Mom" to a wonderful little cat named Stella (who loves to hide in grocery bags)!

I inherited the travel bug from my parents at an early age, and I haven't stopped since. My latest adventure was a cruise to Ensenada, Mexico. Next up: a trip to Dallas, TX, followed by the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, CA!
